FAQ

  • I lost my confirmation.
    -We can access the ticketing database and look up your ticket.

  • I bought a ticket, but am going to be a little late/early, is that okay?
    -Yes! We close at 4, but come any time during open hours.

  • I need one more ticket and there aren’t any more available online!
    -We leave room for walk-in customers.

  • I can only come on a Wednesday or a Thursday!
    -Sorry, due to staffing, we are only open weekends. Help us fundraise so we can fund another staff person!

  • Today has been a day and I need to change my ticket, is that possible?
    -We get it: life happens. If you are coming the same weekend, just come with your original ticket, and let staff know. Fill out the form below with the original name the ticket was purchased under for other issues.
