Make/Shift Monday: Kitbashing

  • RedLine Contemporary Art Center 2350 Arapahoe Street Denver, CO, 80205 United States (map)

Make/Shift Monday is a fun, off-script program at RedLine created for and by Denver's unique creative community. SMALLTALK is a new, slightly irreverent program at the Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys created to get people together and making tiny things. And on Monday, they will combine in unholy matrimony for one night of off-script tiny things creation.

Misha Fraser (current DMMDT employee, former RedLine employee and someone who also used to pierce ears at the mall) is going to school you in the fine art of KITBASHING – that is, the practice of using a craft or model kit to create something new, unintended and super fantastic.

So, come browse a wide selection of deadstock miniature kits, throw the directions away and prepare to get weird. BYOB (but we’ll have some B to share as well.)
